Meeting Rooms
With twelve meeting rooms, Hamilton House can accommodate a wide range of events including conferences, meetings and exhibitions.
Our rooms are bright, well resourced and can comfortably accommodate any number of delegates from 2 to 200. Our rooms offer flexible space for meetings, presentations, and conferences. Your catering requirements can be provided either in the room for smaller events, or a catering suite for larger events.

Meeting Rooms
Committee rooms 1 to 9 are ideal for medium sized meetings or training events of between 10 and 30 delegates. Our Suites (rooms 1 & 2 or 5 & 6) are capable of holding meetings for up to 60 delegates. They make a perfect compliment to Mander Hall as a refreshment area. They can also be used as an exhibition or networking area and are divisible into two syndicate rooms. Each room offers its own built in LCD projector, flipchart, air conditioning and benefit from natural daylight.
Large Conference Area Mander Hall
The superb Mander Hall has seating for up to 200 delegates in a theatre layout and a stage area allowing 6 speakers at any one time. Mander hall also has its owns private registration area and comes equipped with its own built-in PA system making it perfect for Conferences and AGMs, but don’t just take our word for it, come and find out for yourself!

Combining Rooms
Rooms 1 & 2 and 5 & 6 each have a partition wall. By removing this wall we are able to provide a larger room capable of holding meetings for up to 60 delegates. They make a perfect compliment to Mander Hall as a refreshment area. They can also be used as an exhibition or networking area and are divisible into two syndicate rooms. The partitions are sound proofed to ensure privacy and prevent sound travelling between the two rooms.
